There is a lot of bad advice being touted in the media for the religious exemption letter, do not be overtly specific in your exemption letter by pointing out exact objections and don't use words like "request" i.e. "I'm writing to REQUEST an exemption.." This type of wording implies that you recognize, and have given them, the authority to examine and deny your autonomy, your personal health decisions, your inalienable rights and freedoms.
A religious exemption letter should read something like this;
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be accepting the Gene Editing/Cell Engineering Technology known as the Covid-19 'Vaccine', I am religiously exempt. This substance is a vile abomination, a violation of nature and the Creator of nature, Creator of all, God the Father Almighty. I cannot in good conscience take a substance that was born from intrinsically evil acts, to take such a substance is to commit a mortal sin. It is, as the CDC readily admits, a TOXIN, a POISION.

The CDC states:
"mRNA vaccines contain material from the virus that causes COVID-19 that gives our cells instructions for how to make a [not] harmless protein that is unique to the virus."

Our Lord Jesus Christ suffered and died for all of us, we are called to respect ourselves, our neighbors and the Lord Our God and to stand with conviction against evil. God alone is our judge and we will all eventually have to answer for our actions in this life before the Lord.
Sins do not change with time, only our perception of sin changes. What was a sin 2,000 years ago is a sin now, and forever.
I reject any and all covid-19 'vaccines' for the good of my soul and that of my neighbor.

You do not need to be specific, don't give them the ammunition to use against you. We cannot fall into the trap of relenting our bodily autonomy to the State and it's partnering corporations. Our first consideration when making any decision should be to God and the morality of our choice, not temporal worldly matters that WILL fade with time. Pray Repent Prepare God Bless 🙏
